Additionally, I created a flexible template that empowered Bayer’s team to update content independently. The platform’s dashboards provide actionable insights into injector performance, streamlining workflows and enhancing support for registered users.

During my time at TCS, I designed an intuitive health monitoring app for Walgreens, which helps users track medications, monitor pain levels, schedule appointments, and access exclusive coupon codes. This user-friendly app simplifies health management by consolidating essential tasks in one place, making it easier for individuals to stay organized and informed about their wellness. The app empowers users to take control of their health with ease and confidence, streamlining their journey to better health.
At TCS, Boots was one of my key clients, and I developed the Virtual Beauty Assistant, a solution designed to enhance the in-store shopping experience through tech-enabled features. This project delivered personalized beauty recommendations via mobile and digital screens, boosting user engagement and simplifying the shopping process.
The customer journey begins with a welcome message on a laptop screen, celebrating the customer’s first year as a Boots loyalist and offering double points. A mobile notification confirms that her prescription is ready at the pharmacy. As she scans products, a mobile screen displays detailed information. In-store, a digital endcap features the Virtual Beauty Assistant to help her find the perfect lipstick and build a personalized color palette. A popup reminds her to start a subscription as her No7 hydration mask runs low. The experience concludes with a thank-you screen that celebrates her glasses order, seamlessly connecting the online and in-store experiences.

One of my first UI/UX projects at TCS was creating a manufacturing dashboard for Janssen, specifically designed to track the drug manufacturing process for the Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine. The dashboard displayed critical details such as date, time, agitation levels, pump speed, and bioreactor compressed air supply. Designed for scientists and drug manufacturers, this project required a deep understanding of industry-specific language and technical requirements, ensuring that the dashboard was both functional and easy to use for professionals in the field.

I worked with web developer Samuel Piecz to create a cohesive and engaging web presence, developing wireframes and a full set of branding materials for his personal website. This project was my first experience in wireframe design, allowing me to dive into UI development hands-on. My approach focused on crafting an intuitive, visually appealing layout that showcased Samuel’s work while ensuring a user-friendly experience. From structuring the website to selecting typography and color schemes, this project helped me expand my design skills and bring conceptual ideas to life in a polished digital interface.

I designed the UI for the TCS One Zoetis portal, a centralized IT hub offering access to a variety of services and dashboards. To align with Zoetis’ animal-centric brand, I incorporated relevant animal imagery throughout the design, ensuring the portal was visually engaging and aligned with their mission. Key features included governance, production support, and infrastructure services, all streamlined into a single, easy-to-navigate platform. My focus was on creating a user-friendly experience while maintaining a cohesive brand identity for Zoetis.
